Being a fanatic about photography I like Flickr. Flickr is one of the many online photo sharing services. It is probably the biggest and most popular.
The idea is simple. You put your pictures online. You assign some keywords (tag) to each photo based on a theme or a subject. You let others see it. People look for pictures using tag search. They are able to post comments about your photo and are able to download your photo in whatever resolution you provide.
Flickr is free to use.
Flickr has a blog where they post lots of cool ideas and feature remarkable photos, for example. Who knows maybe someday you can find your photo there.
You can share your photos online by putting them on Flickr. You can assign tags to each photo, so that your photos can be discovered by others. People do searches on tags for finding pictures on the subjects they are interested.
Flickr has a set of guidelines you need to follow.
